To kick off Colorado Craft Beer Week, we;re honoring today's theme of Education to present a off-flavors beer tasting class.

In this informal introductory class you'll learn how to taste beer properly, what off flavors are, how they get there and then try them for yourself.

Each class is 1 hour and includes 6 of the most common off-flavors: diacetyl, contamination, papery, H2S, DMS and Isovaleric acid.

$40 ticket price includes a crowler of Peak beer to take home (excludes high ABV and small batch).
